...Significant snowfall possible this weekend...

A coastal storm system will form off the Mid-Atlantic seaboard on Friday and move northeastward towards the 40/70 benchmark on Saturday. It is possible that the area will be impacted by a significant snowfall event. This is most likely from the New York City metro area southward through Central New Jersey. The exact track of this storm system will determine where the heaviest snow falls, but Snowstorm Watches have been issued for areas along the I-78 corridor and points south.
