New York Metro Weather has issued a Snow Bulletin for Mercer and Southern Monmouth counties in New Jersey. This Snow Bulletin is valid from 8:00pm Monday evening through 10:00am Tuesday morning. A snow bulletin is issued when forecasters expect a light snow accumulation to occur over a period of time, which may cause travel difficulties or delays. Currently, forecasters are expecting snow accumulations to range between 1 and 2 inches, with higher amounts possible if any moderate bands develop.The official text for the Snow Bulletin is below.

*Timing...The snow is expected to develop later Monday Night and continue, potentially intermittently, through Tuesday morning. The snow is forecast to end Tuesday morning.

A Snow Bulletin means that light amounts of snow are expected to fall across the area. This snow may cause some light to moderate travel difficulties or delays. Please prepare for slippery and snowy roads and keep alert for updates on the situation.
