    Surface analysis from 2100z Nov 5 2010
The past few days have been characterized by wet and rainy conditions, but since this afternoon the drying trend has commenced. The low pressure system responsible for the nasty weather will lose it's grip on the region, as a surface high pressure begins to build in. Aloft, a trough will remain over the region for the time being, ensuring temperatures stay below normal and cool. The surface analysis depicts the situation well, revealing a surface low pressure well off to our northeast and a cold front to our east as well. This cold front will usher in some of the colder air we have seen so far this Autumn. Winds overnight will be somewhat gusty, anywhere from 10 to 15 miles per hour. Temperatures should drop into the lower 40's.

Through this evening: Clearing and cooling, with temperatures dropping into the lower 40's in the city and urban areas. Cooler in the interior, with temperatures dropping into the 30's. Winds gusting 10 to 15 mph.

Tomorrow (Saturday): Sun and clouds throughout the day, but high temperatures in the afternoon will struggle to surpass 50 in most locations. Winds out of the northwest could gust from 10 to 15 mph.
