*Accumulations...Total snow accumulations should range from 4 to 8 inches
*Impact...Travel will be impacted by the snowfall Wednesday through Thursday.
*Timing...Snow should begin Wednesday morning (and has already in some areas), and continue through Thursday morning before ending Thursday morning.
*Confidence... Confidence in the warning is moderate.
