Flood watch in effect until 12:00am for the following counties:
In New Jersey: Sussex, Warren, Monmouth, Ocean, Burlington
In New York: Westchester, Putnam, Manhattan, Queens, Kings, Richmond, Bronx, Nassau, Suffolk
...Although the steadier and heavier rains have ended across the region, light rain will continue on and off for the next several hours as the storm system meanders across the region. Some flooding of urban areas, small streams, and low lying locales is still possible given runoff and light rainfall continuing. Please continue to monitor the situation for any local upgrades to warnings based on crests and falls of your local rivers and streams.
