Short Term...

Deepening Low Pressure System will continue to race away from the region overnight. Winds will continue to gust in association with this system, but slow down as the system pulls away early tomorrow morning. Brisk and Clear conditions will remain the main story tomorrow in the wake of our first significant snowfall of the season. Strong Shortwave will drop out of Manitoba Sunday Night and Monday twoards the northeast. ATTM we do not expect any heavy snows to make it past the appalacian mountains..mainly just snow showers into our area.

Long Term..

Have reviewed the chance for yet another snowy situation setting up twoards the end of next week. Models are once again in a great deal of dissagreement. Possible scenarios range from no affect at all from the system, to pouring rain, to possible snowfall. At this time will not include any alerts/advisories on the system mostly because of the varying solutions and no one accepted consensus at this time. Either way some sort of system will be near our area come late next week and we will keep an eye on it.
