...Flood Message in effect through 6am Wednesday...


A low pressure system off the coast of New Jersey will continue to bring moderate to heavy precipitation to the forecast area overnight Tuesday. The snow pack coupled with the developing precipitation ( as well as already fallen precipitation) will lead to the development of ponding and flooding of roads as well as flooding of small streams and low lying/urban areas.  The precipitation is expected to wind down by Wednesday Morning, but we urge caution if you are traveling overnight tonight.




...A Flood Message means periods of heavy rain will cause some poor drainage, low lying street, or small stream flooding over a short period of time. Please keep abreast of the situation and stay tuned for further updates...
